Job summary

Accenture Life Sciences Salesforce Practice seeks an early-career Salesforce architect focused on Data Cloud, AI, and commercial transformation. You will design, configure, and own technical workstreams under senior architects, growing toward independent delivery.

You’ll work on pharma/biotech/MedTech programs, translating business needs into architecture, APIs, and data flows, while contributing to accelerators and best practices across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Salesforce delivery experience in a consulting/SI environment.
• Minimum 1 year of Data Cloud experience with ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation patterns.
• Minimum 1 year of Agentforce hands-on experience or certification (Agentforce, Einstein, or equivalent).
• CRM fundamentals across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with APIs, data modeling, and integrations (REST/SOAP; MuleSoft a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of consulting (client-facing) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate's degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Data Cloud architecture support: data models, streams, identity resolution, segmentation for Life Sciences.
• Agentforce & AI build: implement Agentforce agents and AI-powered workflows.
• Solution documentation: design documents, data flow diagrams, technical specs.
• Integration support: design/implement data integrations between Data Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, and external sources.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and configurations; support design workshops.
• Quality & testing: own test scenarios; assist UAT, performance testing, go-live readiness.
• Contribute accelerators, reusable assets, and thought leadership for Life Sciences AI & Data Cloud.
