Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Cloud and AI Tech Lead within the Life Sciences Salesforce Business Group to translate architecture into deliverable solutions. You will own solution design documents, lead technical workstreams, and ensure architecture holds through the program lifecycle.

You will be fluent in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Life Sciences CRM platforms, thriving in multi-workstream programs with complex data and tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce delivery experience across full-lifecycle implementations.
• 2+ years as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead on two end-to-end Salesforce programs.
• 2+ years working knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation.
• 1 year hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce use cases including AI-powered workflow automation.
• Experience designing integrations across CRM, data platforms, and external systems.
• 2+ years in client-facing consulting leading technical workstreams in Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across assigned workstreams: data model, integration patterns, security model, and platform configuration.
• Own technical design for Agentforce use cases and AI delivery across Life Sciences programs.
• Lead Data Cloud implementation tracks (ingestion, identity resolution, unified profile design, segmentation, activation) and resolve data quality issues.
• Design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, CRM, external data sources, and Agentforce capabilities.
• Bridge requirements and delivery; align architects, developers, and stakeholders on design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership: lead design sessions, code reviews, and deployment governance; manage risks and gaps.
• Mentor L8 architects and analysts; set technical standards for Data Cloud and AI delivery practices.
• Support pre-sale efforts: estimations, scoping, staffing; contribute to RFP sections.
• Contribute to practice: accelerators and AI use-case patterns.
