Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will shape strategy, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver measurable client outcomes in collaboration with Directors and senior leaders.

You will analyze lab processes, define requirements, and oversee end-to-end delivery, including risk management and stakeholder reporting, while travel up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience in scientific & laboratory informatics, R&D or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science/Life Science, Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements and user stories.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including design, estimates, scope and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Proactively manage delivery, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes and accountability for contractual commitments and delivery quality.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as trusted advisor to Directors.
