Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant in Laboratory Informatics to drive digital laboratory transformations and AI-enabled strategies for clients in Life Sciences. You will lead end-to-end engagements, from vision and roadmap to implementation of data-driven solutions and lab information systems.

You will collaborate with clients to redesign processes, define reference architectures, and enable new ways of working with data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, CS or Engineering.
• 3+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics (R&D or QC Manufacturing).
• 2+ years in consulting preferred.
• Experience with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
• Experience implementing lab solutions (Benchling, Revvity Signals, Dotmatics, LabVantage, LabWare, Scitara, TetraScience).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply management consulting and design-thinking to redesign the scientific user experience.
• Shape transformation vision and journey from current to to-be enterprise environment.
• Reimagine how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape and data-driven business cases.
• Redesign processes and operating models for data integration and analysis.
• Advise on data architectures and informatics solutions for laboratories.
• Travel to client locations up to 50% to deliver engagements.
