Job summary

Australian Red Cross is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver and assess accredited first aid courses across urban, regional, and remote locations in New South Wales. You will provide high-quality learning experiences aligned with ASQA standards.

The role requires travel across Greater Sydney and regional NSW, with reliable transport essential. A TA E40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is required, and you will support non-accredited training and kit management as

Qualifications

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent.
• Own reliable transport.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current first aid qualifications (e.g. HLTAID011 or higher).
• Experience delivering first aid training to diverse clients.
• Understanding ASQA compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel across Greater Sydney & Regional NSW.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess a range of accredited first aid courses.
• Support non-accredited training.
• Kit and equipment management, stock control and maintenance.
• Work across urban, regional and remote locations.
