Job summary

Kardex Remstar in Sydney is seeking a Field Service Sales Representative to drive Life Cycle Service (LCS) sales of maintenance and service contracts, spare parts, repair services, relocation services, and product updates and upgrades. The role also aims to identify and acquire new customers and expand relationships within the defined market.

You will lead generation, client consultations, and assess client needs to propose appropriate service contracts.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven sales, account management or customer service experience.
Familiarity with intralogistics or warehouse automation is preferred.
Knowledge of WMS/WCS and robotics is advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead generation through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Visit and engage with clients; consult to assess needs.
Recommend spare parts/service contract packages, maintenance, relocation or upgrades.
Collaborate with Marketing to promote the LCS portfolio locally.
Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet targets.
Support sales of contracts for new systems and increase contract uptake.
Log client interactions, leads and activities in CRM; report progress weekly.
