Job summary

dormakaba, via the Dorma Hueppe unit, seeks a State Sales Representative – Service to cover NSW/ACT. You will manage accounts, grow service revenue and oversee contracts, influencing service performance across clients.

You will conduct meetings, prepare tailored quotations, coordinate delivery with technicians and maintain Salesforce records while building enduring client partnerships. Travel across NSW/ACT is required, with strong negotiation and proactive opportunity spotting.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, service sales, maintenance operations or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience preparing quotations and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel throughout NSW and ACT.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, building owners and facility managers across NSW and ACT.
• Grow service revenue through maintenance agreements, repairs and upgrade opportunities.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Conduct customer meetings, site inspections and contract reviews to understand client needs.
• Prepare tailored quotations and service proposals.
• Coordinate service delivery, including technicians, contractors and project resources.
• Resolve customer enquiries and ensure exceptional service outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity and forecasts in Salesforce.
