Responsibilities include building relationships, driving service revenue, running meetings and coordinating delivery with technicians, while leveraging Salesforce for forecasting and records management.

Qualifications

• Account management or service sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience preparing quotations and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Driver's licence and ability to travel NSW/ACT.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, facilities managers and building owners in NSW/ACT.
• Grow service revenue through maintenance contracts and upgrades.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections and contract reviews.
• Prepare tailored quotations and service proposals.
• Coordinate service delivery with technicians and contractors.
• Maintain customer records, pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Resolve customer enquiries and ensure exceptional service outcomes.
