Job summary

Strata Choice is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager to join our Sydney CBD team. You will support senior staff in managing client portfolios, ensuring compliance with strata laws and delivering high-quality service to clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Class 2 Strata license, has 1–2 years in strata management, and demonstrates a professional, proactive mindset with strong organisational skills. Hybrid work options are available, with some travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Strata license is required.
• 1–2 years' experience in Strata Management or experience as an Assistant Strata Manager with a progression mindset.
