Job summary

Strata Choice is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager to join our Sydney CBD team. We value a responsive, professional approach and strong client engagement to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate holds a Class 2 Strata license with 1-2 years of Strata Management experience and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Class 2 Strata license is required.
• 1–2 years in Strata Management or relevant Assistant Strata Manager experience with a desire to progress.

• Technical knowledge of relevant strata legislation and processes.
• Ability to travel and work from our Sydney CBD office.
