Job summary

Lambton Law Solicitors is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own matters while being part of a close-knit team.

You will handle a range of residential and commercial conveyancing from instruction to settlement, liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and financial institutions, and providing practical advice throughout each matter.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor admitted in NSW.
• Experience managing conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with clients and other professionals.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and a busy workload.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using PEXA and Smokeball.

Responsibilities

• Acting for clients on the sale and purchase of property.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts.
• Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to settlement.
• Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, financial institutions and other relevant parties.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Conducting title and property searches.
• Managing electronic settlements through PEXA.
• Attending to post-settlement matters.
• Providing clients with clear, practical and timely advice.
