About us

Cutlers The Law Firm is an established law firm based at The Entrance on the Central Coast. We assist clients across property and conveyancing, wills and estate planning, deceased estates and other legal matters.

We are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our conveyancing files. This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, builds strong relationships with clients and takes pride in keeping matters moving.

About the role

Handling residential purchases and sales.

Preparing and reviewing contracts and conveyancing documents within the scope of your licence.

Undertaking searches, enquiries and due diligence.

Keeping clients informed and explaining the conveyancing process clearly.

Liaising with agents, lenders, brokers and other legal representatives.

Managing exchanges, critical dates, settlement adjustments and electronic settlements.

Assisting with subdivision and off-the-plan conveyancing.

Maintaining accurate files using LEAP and InfoTrack, and identifying issues requiring solicitor input.

About you

You will bring:

Practical experience independently managing NSW conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Confidence using PEXA and electronic conveyancing systems.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Clear communication skills and a practical, approachable manner with clients.

The judgment to recognise when a matter requires further advice or escalation.

A willingness to work collaboratively with solicitors and support staff.

Experience with LEAP, InfoTrack, subdivisions and off-the-plan transactions will be highly regarded.

What we offer

An established conveyancing practice with an existing client base.

Experienced administrative support and access to solicitors for legal input.

Responsibility for your own files and the opportunity to contribute to improvements in how we work.

A Central Coast office location at The Entrance.
