Mosman Council invites applications for a full-time Library Services role on the Mosman Library Services team. You will deliver reference and information services, assist with lending and reader advisory activities, and coordinate inter-library loans in a vibrant community library.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Library and Information Science (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering reference and information services using library resources.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a team approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and multitasking in a busy library setting.
• Ability to manage data reporting and administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service through reference, information, lending and reader advisory services.
• Coordinate inter-library loans, reservations and access to multicultural and community language collections.
• Support the management and accessibility of library collections, including periodicals, shelving and collection maintenance.
• Contribute to library operations through data reporting, administrative support and teamwork to ensure high-quality service delivery.
