Job summary

Salt is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Melbourne MSP team, focusing on Microsoft 365, Intune, and essential Eight compliance. You'll provide Level 2 support across diverse client environments, administer Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Windows, and manage Cisco/Aruba networks.

You will build strong client relationships, lead technical initiatives, and drive security, performance and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a hands-on IT support or technical consulting role.
• Previous MSP experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Intune and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Networking experience with Cisco and/or Aruba technologies.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving customer environments.

Responsibilities
