Job summary

Talent Corp seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to join a collaborative IT team in Melbourne. This broad, hands-on role requires strong technical foundations, curiosity, and the ability to investigate problems across a varied technology environment.

You will provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, and contribute to security and project work with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in systems administration & infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Good experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop/SOE knowledge.
• Experience with Azure and Entra ID.
• Active Directory and Group Policy experience.
• Exposure to Intune and/or Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
