Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ IT support experience with Level 2 depth.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune endpoint management, Windows/macOS, and ITSM (Freshservice).
• Tertiary qualification in IT or Certificate IV/Diploma in IT, or equivalent experience with vendor certifications.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102 Endpoint Administrator) or ITIL 4 Foundation are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents with efficient triage and resolution.
• Provide white-glove, VIP support to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Support end-user environments across Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows/macOS, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate device imaging, provisioning, and enrolment into Microsoft Intune.
• Deliver onboarding IT training and maintain user-facing knowledge resources.
