Fuse Technology is seeking a motivated Level 2 Support Engineer for our Sydney CBD team. You will split time between client sites and our Sydney HQ, delivering hands-on problem solving and collaborating with our technical team.

The role involves supporting Microsoft cloud technologies (365, Azure, Endpoint Manager), hardware rollout, onboarding/offboarding, and meeting SLAs. Weekend on-call and certifications are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Level 2 or equivalent desktop support (Service Desk/MSP)
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop hardware, software and network issues
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Knowledge of AD, Group Policy, Exchange, Windows/macOS
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business apps
• Excellent problem solving and communication for non-technical users
• Microsoft certifications are highly regarded

Responsabilités

• Represent Fuse professionally at all times and deliver a positive customer experience
• Provide Level 2 support via phone, email and in person for hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft cloud tech: 365, Azure, Endpoint Manager
• Manage tickets accurately within SLAs and SOPs
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure excellent customer service
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and related equipment
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding: software setup and access management
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and asset tracking
• Provide remote and on-site support for infrastructure and apps
• Handle patching, security updates and backups
• Monitor devices and infrastructure performance
• Stay current with industry developments and certifications
• Participate in weekend on-call roster
• Escalate complex problems to relevant teams
