Job summary

Netcorp GPS Pty Ltd is hiring a Level 2 IT Support Engineer for its Sydney-based Managed Services team. The role focuses on delivering Level 2 support across Microsoft environments, cloud services, networking, security, endpoints and business systems from the Sydney office.

You will handle Windows 10/11, AD/Entra ID administration, 365 management and network troubleshooting, with exposure to telematics and IoT platforms within a broader tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in MSP/IT support environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with AD, Group Policy and Windows Server.
• Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• LAN/WAN, VPNs and firewall basics.
• Wi‑Fi, endpoint management, backup and DR.
• Experience with RMM and service desk/ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support to managed customers.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop, server and apps.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/AD.
• Manage user provisioning and access control.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wifi and internet issues.
• Troubleshoot firewalls and network security.
• Support endpoint security and backup/recovery.
• Coordinate with customers and document actions.
