Job summary

Eclipse Technology Services Australia is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the Sydney team. This full-time, office-based role primarily operates from Sydney CBD with occasional remote work possible depending on circumstances.

You will provide responsive technical support covering Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, endpoint-management, servers, and network-related issues for managed-services clients. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, office-based, and occasional onsite technical support to managed-services clients.
• Diagnose and resolve computer, network, software, cloud, and connectivity issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support workstations, servers, network equipment, and business applications.
• Support firewall, routing, VPN, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Record, prioritise, manage, and resolve service requests using ticketing and RMM tools.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, and client records.
• Assist with onboarding, deployments, migrations, and projects.
