Job summary

Saul Recruitment in Perth is seeking a hands-on Level 2.5 support specialist to work across different client environments, solving technical problems and continuing to build your skills.

You’ll join an experienced technical team, focusing on Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure while gaining exposure to troubleshooting, proactive maintenance and project work. Some client-site visits are required; WFH is available when needed, but this isn’t a regular hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Level 2.5 support across multiple client environments.
• Troubleshooting desktop, server, network and cybersecurity issues.
• Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Monitoring and maintaining client systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 2.5 technical support across multiple client environments
