About the Role:

As an entry‑level IT Support Analyst, you will be the primary contact for customers needing technical assistance. You will learn how to diagnose issues, work through troubleshooting steps, manage service requests and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently. This role builds strong foundational IT skills while providing genuine career pathways into platform operations, systems support, or engineering.

What You Will Do:
