Job summary

Bank Australia Limited is seeking a Supervisor - Lending Policy & Reporting to lead lending risk, policy governance and reporting. The role supports change initiatives, maintains compliance frameworks and collaborates with regulators, auditors and external partners across Collingwood, Bendigo or Moe.

You will oversee policy documentation, monitor regulatory developments and drive data-driven reporting to sustain responsible lending outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior lending, credit risk or lending compliance in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending, credit risk, and lending legislation (National Credit Code, APRA, ASIC).
• Experience developing and maintaining lending policies, frameworks, and governance controls.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data and monitor risk indicators.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and regulatory implementations in lending.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach and develop teams for high compliance performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lending Policy & Reporting team and coach staff.
• Oversee policy governance, review and maintenance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance.
• Lead lending reporting and analytics, including credit risk reporting.
• Support change initiatives and ensure compliant lending requirements.
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors and third-party providers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk indicators; identify emerging risks.
• Support delegated lending authority, valuation governance and controls.
