Bank Australia Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Manager Prudential Reporting for a permanent, full-time role within the Finance Division. You will lead APRA prudential reporting, ensuring governance, compliance and timely submissions across the bank.

You will design and enhance prudential reporting operating models, data lineage and controls, and partner with Finance, Risk, Data, IT and external vendors to deliver regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/finance or accounting with prudential/regulatory reporting in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead APRA prudential reporting framework ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.
• Oversee timely preparation, review and submission of prudential and external regulatory reports.
• Design and enhance reporting operating models, data lineage, controls and architecture.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Data, IT and external vendors to deliver regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with auditors and industry bodies, representing the Bank in working groups.
• Develop analytics and insights, providing actionable reporting and continuous improvement across Finance and regulatory reporting.
