Job summary

Westpac Bank is seeking an Executive Manager, Business Home Lending in Sydney/Melbourne to lead a national specialist capability focused on simplifying and enhancing the lending journey. You will translate policy into practical guidance, collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Product, and leadership teams, and drive sustainable customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in business and home lending policy, credit standards and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop specialist teams and build capability at scale.
Strong continuous improvement skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills, translating insights into clear priorities and action.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to make complex policy simple and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
