Job summary

Trilogy Funds is seeking a Portfolio Administration Officer to support PMs across NSW, Queensland and Victoria. You will help complete loan administration tasks, setup new loans, manage discharged loans, and maintain monthly statements and reports within the Lending Operations team.

The role emphasizes cross-training across three sites (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne) and strict adherence to compliance and governance, with a proactive, detail-focused, team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a commercial lending administrative position.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to provide high level of support while keen to learn and develop your skills.
• A proactive approach and team first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Processing progress claims, invoices for fees to loan accounts via ARMnet and Adaptive system.
• Set up and recording of new loan accounts with accurate data input.
• Closure and administration of discharged loans.
• Monitoring of recoverable GST payments.
• Process payments for settlements and ad-hoc entries to master accounts.
