Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a seasoned Loan Administration and Operations Manager to oversee the full loan lifecycle for term and construction facilities within a growing portfolio. Located in Sydney, the role offers ownership of the servicing function and the systems that support it.

You will lead a small servicing team, manage new loan boarding, settlements, and complex modifications, and drive improvements in processes and reporting. A hands-on leader with strong technical skills will excel here.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in loan administration or portfolio management.
• Experience with construction or development finance, including staged drawdowns and conversion to term.
• A track record leading and developing a small team.
• Strong knowledge of loan management systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily servicing activities including drawdowns, rollovers and repayments.
• Monitor covenant compliance and collateral tracking.
• Coordinate month-end close, reconciliation of loan balances and statutory reporting.
• Own and optimize the loan management system, validating interest, fees and amortisation.
• Lead a small team and drive process improvements across the servicing function.
