JustFund in Sydney is seeking a Loan Portfolio Coordinator who is client-focused and detail-oriented. You will support clients and law firm partners through funded matters, ensuring a positive experience and clear updates by phone and email.

This role blends client service, loan administration, data management and problem solving. If you’re organised, proactive and thrive in a collaborative team, you’ll fit right in and help protect repayments while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Diverse backgrounds welcome; previous similar role not essential.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients and law firm partners, providing updates via phone and email.
• Support clients throughout their funding journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Monitor funded matters and lawyer updates, identifying issues and taking action.
• Manage loan portfolio administration, ensuring data is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Assist with loan documentation and the registration of property security.
• Monitor settled matters and follow up to ensure repayment from settlement proceeds.
• Analyse funded matters to identify insights for risk assessment.
• Provide administrative support across emails, calls, documents and data entry.
