Job summary

Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking a part-time Leisure Services Officer – Customer Service to join our vibrant team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling reception duties, memberships, Learn to Swim bookings, and general enquiries.

The role supports the daily operations of our aquatic and leisure facility with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. The position is part-time (26hrs 30mins p/w), temporary to 10 January 2028, with a pro rata

Leisure Services Officer - Customer Service

Salary: $70,792.28 per annum pro rata
