The Manager, Legislation Reform leads a team to deliver legislative and subordinate legislation reform to support the responsible development of Victoria’s earth resources. The Manager oversees complex statutory reform processes, builds organisational capability, and provides high-quality, timely advice to inform senior decision-making and strategic direction.

This ongoing role is based in Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in law or related field is mandatory.
• Experience preparing complex briefs, reports and submissions to inform decision making.
• Ability to provide authoritative, evidence-based advice to senior leaders.
