Resources Victoria seeks an experienced leader to become Director, Policy and Regulatory Reform. You will head strategic reform across Victoria's earth resources sector, provide authoritative advice to the Minister and senior officials, and build strong relationships with government, industry and communities to realise reform outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• A tertiary qualification in natural resource management, economics, law, business management, public policy or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in leading policy or regulatory reform is highly desirable.

• Lead strategic policy and regulatory reform initiatives across Victoria's earth resources sector.
• Provide authoritative advice to the Minister, departmental executives and senior decision-makers on complex issues.
• Build productive relationships across government, industry and communities to influence reform outcomes.
• Engage with industry bodies, local government and resource companies to understand emerging issues, opportunities and risks.
• Oversee preparation of Cabinet submissions, ministerial briefings, parliamentary materials and executive reports.
