Job summary

Empire Legal Pty Ltd in Brisbane CBD is seeking reception staff for full-time, part-time or job-share roles, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Wynnum as an optional alternative. Career receptionists and law students are both welcome to apply.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, agents and visitors, run the firm inbox and answer/direct calls, manage appointments and deliveries, and prepare client paperwork with identity verification.

• Be the first point of contact for clients, agents and visitors
• Run the firm general inbox, including quote enquiries
• Answer and direct calls, manage appointments, deliveries and data entry
• Prepare client paperwork packs and verification of identity documents
• Law students also run property searches and assist senior lawyers across property, commercial and estates matters

Job description

Full time, part time or job share, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, at our Brisbane CBD office in Spring Hill (Wynnum is also an option). Career receptionists and law students are both welcome.
