Gilbert + Tobin Lawyers in Perth seeks an Office Assistant to deliver exceptional client services and hospitality in a friendly, professional environment. You will be the first contact for clients and visitors and support meeting room services, catering and office operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in client-facing, hospitality, reception or professional services. A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong organisational skills is essential in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in client-facing, hospitality, reception or professional services environment.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible and hands-on with strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and staff.
• Deliver high-quality client hospitality including preparing and serving coffee and refreshments.
• Coordinate catering requirements for client meetings and events, including setup and pack-down.
• Assist with reception coverage and screen calls; provide remote support to Sydney and Melbourne offices as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of client-facing areas, meeting rooms, kitchens and hospitality facilities.
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries and hand deliveries as required.
• Provide general office administration and ad hoc secretarial support as required.
