Job summary

Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Legal Informatics Specialist to provide electronic discovery, data management and data room support to our litigation and regulatory teams. The role involves running Relativity workflows, data imports and quality control across large datasets.

You will work with Harvey vaults, AI-assisted review tools and contribute to best practice workflows. Candidates with 4+ years in eDiscovery, RCA and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years on large-scale eDiscovery matters in Relativity.
• Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and QC requirements.
• Independent run of defined matters/workstreams per the EDRM model.
• Experience with large datasets and repository-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain large scale document reviews in Relativity, including data imports, auditing, analytics and modelling.
• Run eDiscovery processing workflows, data collection/transfers, processing and QC.
• Use Relativity aiR suite and AI-assisted review tools with validation/QA.
• Contribute to design and improvement of best-practice workflows for large reviews and data rooms.
• Support Harvey vaults and other tech-enabled workflows for legal teams.
• Attend Court/Commissions/Inquiries and provide technical support.
• Support virtual data rooms and deal rooms, including prep and QC.
