Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to join our legal technology team, helping manage and coordinate eDiscovery projects for law firms and Fortune 500 clients. You’ll work with Relativity and LAW to host, process, and produce ESI, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasises analytical thinking, strong communication, and time management, with no strict law background required. A technical mindset and comfort with data-driven tasks are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/IT) or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete eDiscovery projects with Project Management Teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues for clients and internal teams.
Assist with hosting and managing Relativity & LAW workflows.
Support document productions and load file creation.
Ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.
