Job summary

Thredbo Alpine Village is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee the sub-lease and commercial property portfolio within Kosciuszko Thredbo. You will work with the Property and Development Team to ensure efficient operations, compliance with lease terms, and strong stakeholder engagement across NPWS, sub-lessees and contractors.

The role requires leadership to implement strategies that enhance safety, engagement and productivity while maintaining alignment with company values and the EVT network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in lease administration, para-legal, contracts administration, real estate management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder relationship experience.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Experience or willingness to learn property management systems and related accounting tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate KT’s sub-lease and commercial property portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Property and Development Team to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with lease and legal requirements, safety standards and governance.
• Foster strong relationships with NPWS, sub-lessees, contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the team to improve safety, engagement and productivity.
