Job summary

EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee Kosciuszko Thredbo (KT)’s sub-lease and commercial property portfolio. You will coordinate with the Property and Development Team to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient operations while managing relationships with NPWS, sub-lessees, contractors and stakeholders across the village.

You will lead and support a team, implementing strategies that improve safety, engagement, and productivity, in a dynamic resort setting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in lease administration, para-legal, contracts administration, real estate management, property management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong administrative skills and high level of attention to detail.
• Experience (or willingness to learn) in property management systems and related computer management accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate KT’s sub-lease and commercial property portfolio.
• Work closely with the Property and Development Team to ensure efficient operations, safety and compliance with lease and legal requirements.
• Foster collaboration between internal departments and maintain strong relationships with NPWS, sub-lessees, contractors and stakeholders.
