Job summary

Alpine Resorts Victoria is seeking a Property & Planning Advisor to shape the future of three alpine resorts. The role covers planning, leasing, land management and compliance across three distinct environments, coordinating projects, advising stakeholders and delivering reports.

You will work with resort leadership, councils and government bodies to support sustainable development, data quality and regulatory compliance, in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with hybrid workplace options.

Qualifications

• Qualification or experience in planning, property, land management, leasing, compliance or related fields.
• Experience providing advice and coordination in a regulated or statutory environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex issues.
• High-level written communication skills, including reports and correspondence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with resilience and sound judgement.
• Understanding of public sector context, regulatory frameworks and Crown Land management.

Responsibilities

• Assess planning applications, property requests and development proposals.
• Provide clear advice, reports, briefings and recommendations on portfolio matters.
• Coordinate defined projects, consultation activities and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate CouncilWise records, registers and workflow updates.
• Support leasing, licensing and compliance activities across three resort portfolios.
• Work collaboratively with resort leadership, councils, consultants and leaseholders.
• Identify risks, data gaps, overdue actions and compliance issues for escalation.
• Prepare rent and service charge calculations in partnership with Finance.
• Contribute to policy reviews, service standards and continuous improvement.
