Job summary

Capstone Recruitment represents a private landlord with a national portfolio of shopping centres valued at approximately $600m AUM. Reporting to the Heads of Asset Management and Leasing, this role covers lease administration, reporting, retailer presentations and broader leasing support in a small, agile team where decisions are made with ownership and mentorship.

• 1-5 years' experience in lease administration or property management.
• Ideally within retail or commercial property will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Reporting to the Heads of Asset Management and Leasing, this is a diverse and high-exposure role covering lease administration, reporting, retailer presentations and broader leasing support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, agile team where you can make decisions, take ownership and gain genuine exposure across the full leasing and asset management function.
