Qualifications

• Experience in office leasing or commercial real estate.
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards).
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with new business and clients across the office market
• Assess assets and provide leasing strategy and recommendations
• Prepare properties for leasing, run marketing campaigns, and manage the leasing process end to end
• Negotiate and transact office leasing deals
• Actively pursue new listing opportunities and manage stock control
• Deliver expert market advice to clients and maintain CRM/database records
