Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking a Leasing Coordinator in Perth to manage the end-to-end lease-up of a major mixed-tenure development over 12 months. You will handle resident applications, eligibility, allocation, sign-up and onboarding, ensuring compliant and resident-focused leasing outcomes across social, affordable and market housing tenures.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Western Australia real estate license or be supervised by a WA licensed real estate and business agent.
• Knowledge of residential tenancy management and leasing in housing or property environments.
• Knowledge of social, affordable and market housing tenures, privacy, fairness, and compliance.
• Experience coordinating leasing, tenancy establishment and property onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end lease-up process for a major mixed-tenure development, achieving milestones and occupancy targets.
• Manage resident applications from enquiry to eligibility, allocation, sign-up and tenancy commencement.
• Build relationships with applicants, residents, support services, community organisations and government stakeholders.
• Oversee property viewings, lease documentation, onboarding and move-in coordination for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain leasing records, reporting and system data, supporting tenancy sustainment.
