Job summary

Spire Recruitment is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join Melbourne's north-west real estate team. You’ll coordinate inspections, respond to rental enquiries and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You’ll build strong relationships with rental providers and tenants, manage advertising and applications, and work through a busy schedule with a friendly, professional approach. Saturday inspections required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems is needed.
• Current Victorian Agent’s Representative qualification or relevant real estate registration is required.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are preferred.
• Availability for Saturday inspections is required.
