Core Advisory in Geelong is seeking a Leasing Consultant/Leasing Manager to support its growing property management portfolio. You will manage the leasing process from enquiry to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for tenants and property owners.

The role offers exposure to advisory-led property services with modern systems and VA support, and opportunities to grow as the portfolio expands within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, sales support, or strong customer service.
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid drivers licence and reliable car.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work Saturdays (not every Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Conducting property inspections (onsite and virtual).
• Managing tenant enquiries across phone, email and online platforms.
• Coordinating and processing rental applications with support from virtual assistants.
• Launching and maintaining property listings and advertising.
• Completing entry and exit condition reports.

A growing national property advisory and management business is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio.

This privately owned firm provides strategic property advice, portfolio management and transactional support to a select client base, combining industry expertise with structured systems and strong operational support.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of leasing and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.

The Role

This role will see you managing the leasing process from enquiry through to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants and property owners.

• A reliable car and current driver's licence
