You'll be the first point of contact in our leasing process, helping tenants find their next home and ensuring properties are leased quickly and professionally. Ongoing training and a clear career pathway are provided.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) is required.
• Friendly, confident and clear communicator.
• Organised and able to manage a busy schedule.
• Proactive with initiative and follow-through.
• Willing to learn and grow a career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Run open homes (including Saturdays) and private inspections.
• Handle enquiries, applications and tenant follow-up.
• Screen applicants and check references.
• Prepare and publish rental listings.
• Work with Property Managers to reduce vacancies and secure quality tenants.
• Help with lease paperwork and tenant move-ins.
• Assist with ingoing and routine inspections.
• Give landlords and tenants a great experience every time.

What you'll be doing

• Running open homes (including Saturdays) and private inspections
• Handling enquiries, applications and tenant follow-up
• Screening applicants and checking references
• Preparing and publishing rental listings
• Working with our Property Managers to reduce vacancies and secure quality tenants
• Helping with lease paperwork and tenant move-ins

• Giving landlords and tenants a great experience every time
