Job summary

UKO Group in Sydney, Australia seeks a proactive Property & Community Manager to lead leasing, day-to-day operations, and resident engagement across our co-living communities.

You'll manage occupancy, listings, viewings, inspections, maintenance, and pricing insights, while building a strong resident network and coordinating community events. NSW licence support is provided to help your career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leasing, real estate, or co-living/BTR (preferred).
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (or willingness to get one — funded).
• Customer-first attitude and drive to grow your career.
• Clear path to Property & Community Manager roles.
• Funded training and certifications.
