Qualifications

• Current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD) – essential.
• Experience in residential leasing, property management, Build-to-Rent.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into leases and hit performance targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed leasing targets and promote the premium Build-to-Rent lifestyle and community at 50 Quay.
• Manage prospective residents from enquiry to application, including CRM management.
• Process applications and lease documentation with accuracy and professionalism per legislation.
• Maintain compelling property listings and support a smooth move-in experience for new residents.

As a Leasing Agent at 50 Quay, you'll do more than lease apartments. You'll introduce prospective residents to a lifestyle, showcase everything this unique community has to offer and create memorable customer experiences from first enquiry through to move-in day. Working closely with the Leasing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy, maximising leasing opportunities and helping residents find a place they can truly call home

The Opportunity

We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team at 50 Quay.

Here's How You'll Make It Happen

• Meet and/or exceed leasing, occupancy and rental targets, confidently promoting the premium Build-to-Rent lifestyle and community at 50 Quay.
• Manage prospective residents from enquiry through to application, including CRM management, inspections, lead nurturing and relevant checks, with a strong focus on conversion and customer experience.
• Manage applications and lease documentation with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring commercial terms and processes comply with QLD legislation and internal requirements.
• Maintain compelling and accurate property listings and marketing activity, while supporting new residents through a seamless move-in experience and helping foster a welcoming, cohesive community.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a passion for customer service, strong sales skills and a genuine desire to help people find a place they can call home.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD) - essential.
• Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, Build-to-Rent, co-living or a related property environment.
• A proven ability to convert enquiries into leases and achieve performance targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Confidence working with CRM systems and property management technology.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for the property industry.
• General knowledge of the current property market.
