Essence Communities, part of the UniLodge Living Group, is seeking a Leasing Administrator for a 6‑month fixed-term contract based at Assemble, Brunswick. You will support the leasing journey from enquiry through move-in, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping achieve occupancy targets.

Based in a Build-to-Rent community, you will work with Leasing Manager and Agents, manage CRM tasks, inspections and onboarding, and contribute to affordable housing initiatives while ensuring

The Opportunity

Based at Assemble, Brunswick, you will play a key role in supporting the successful lease-up and ongoing occupancy of our Build-to-Rent community.

Working closely with the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents, you will assist prospective residents throughout their leasing journey, from enquiry through to move-in, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents in delivering leasing strategies and occupancy targets.
• Manage enquiries and proactively follow up leads via phone, email and CRM platforms.
• Guide prospective residents through the application process and eligibility requirements.
• Conduct apartment inspections, viewings and community tours.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
• Assist with lease preparation, administration and resident onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure property listings, pricing and advertising content remain current and accurate.
• Assist in the delivery of affordable housing and Reduced Rent programs.
• Collaborate with operational and property teams to ensure apartments and display areas are presentation ready.
• Prepare leasing reports and contribute to occupancy and conversion performance tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service while promoting the benefits of Build-to-Rent living.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital platforms.
• A proactive and collaborative work style.Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agent's Representative Certificate (Victoria).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
