Job summary

Essence Communities, part of the UniLodge Living Group, is seeking a Leasing Agent in Brunswick, VIC for a 6-month fixed term. You will guide prospective residents from enquiry to move-in, showcase spaces, and deliver warm, professional service.

You will have proven leasing experience, conduct property tours, manage CRM, and hold Cert IV in Real Estate. Unrestricted Australian work rights and a National Police Check are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial or retail property.
• Confidence conducting property tours and guiding applicants through the full leasing journey.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, with comfort managing CRM systems and KPIs.
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC).
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.

• Confidently showcase our apartments and amenities, bringing the Build to Rent lifestyle to life.

• Ensure accurate lease administration, compliance excellence, and presentation standards that reflect our premium brand.
