Job summary

The GPT Group in Sydney is seeking a Lease Administration Manager to oversee the lease administration process from offer to registration, supporting the Leasing department with new and renewed leases, as well as assignments and other contracts related to our retail portfolio.

You will guide external solicitors, manage risk in leases, coordinate execution and registration, respond to negotiation requests, and maintain status reporting while building strong relationships with tenants, retailers

Qualifications

Significant experience in lease administration, legal or retail administration.
Understanding of relevant Retail Lease Acts.
Paralegal experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Prepare lease documents such as letters of offer, disclosure statements and negotiation letters.
Coordinate execution and registration of leases with compliance/risk obligations.
Respond to lease negotiation requests from external solicitors.
Maintain reporting and auditing on document status and outstanding matters.
Build strong relationships with external parties and internal GPT teams.
