• Manage lease renewals, relocations, market rent reviews and other leasing transactions for NSW/ACT portfolio.
• Coordinate critical dates and deadlines across a busy retail portfolio.
• Support the property team with transaction processes and reporting.

I’m currently recruiting for a Retail Transaction Manager to join an established national property team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role will support an iconic Australian brand across its NSW and ACT retail portfolio, managing a range of lease renewals, relocations, market rent reviews and other leasing transactions.

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions and critical dates across a busy portfolio.

Relevant experience in retail leasing, transaction management or commercial property is required, along with a current NSW real estate licence or certificate of registration.

Hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office

Some travel across NSW and the ACT may be required
