Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to grow and optimise the retail footprint across Australia. You will secure new sites, lead lease negotiations, renewals and extensions, and manage relationships with landlords and key stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in retail leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset to drive growth across an established retail network. 12-month contract based in Sydney CBD with a competitive package.
